I needed a laptop with more memory and run faster than the laptop I was using for my part time teaching job. I download tons of documents everyday so I needed extra memory. This laptop has worked out great and way better than my slow HP laptop I was using.

This is an awesome device, for working and for normal uses.

Laptop was great for first two months, then charger stopped working all together, seller told me this was a gaming laptop and it was the best, completely lied straight to my face, after one month of using the new charger the laptop would turn on again, had to get another charger, well I’m coming up on year one of having this laptop and i have bought 5 chargers for it, it over heats as the fans are on the bottom so I’ve had to buy many stands for it to sit on to find the perfect one, still over heated until i bought a very pricey stand that also has fans on it to help cool down the laptop. Very very faulty battery, and charge port, would recommend spending more like i wanted to at the time for a better laptop. I think they just sold me this one to get rid of stock.

I had my Dell laptop for 3 months now and its been serving me well with ease. I am not too techy and this laptop is very user friendly. Its not complicated which makes my work efficient and saves me time. I do not any complaints so far.

My Dell laptop has the features I need. It is practical, light and sufficient for me.

Honestly, a good purchase, however don't be me and leave it charging when it doesn't need it. Or at least completely turn off the laptop when charging it. If not then it will become very hot (for some reason the colding system doesn't turn on when it becomes hot while charging and is not active) and potentially break the screen.....yes I mess up. Also no, I haven't drop it a single time so this is my conclusion of why it broke down.

This laptop was purchased for my grandson to do his college work with. I am a retired network operator and we set it up and loaded office together. Seemed like a great unit for that purpose.

I got this computer for school. I am really loving this laptop. So easy to navigate and great for a student.

I bought this for my grandson to use for college. He loves it, and likes the touch screen. The features with the Dell are a bargin. I bought this model back in 2012 and never had a problem with it although mine wasn't compatible with Windows 11 and so I bought a laptop that was compatible or I'd still be using it.

Great deal and works even better. Very fast and easy to use.

For the price this is amazing. Touch screen i5 thats responsive.
