I love this computer. Having a Dell computer is so much easier that I thought. I do not regret having bought this computer at Best Buy!

I’m in my late 70s and this was the perfect purchase for me. It has a larger screen and it’s not real heavy. The speed is fast and I like the keyboard.

Normally I would give this a 5 star...but this one... Came with WINDOWS 11 "S mode"???!!! Which REQUIRES you to get any apps from the Microsoft store ONLY??! Very strange! It took me a couple of hours to figure out how to get it back to a "normal" Windows 11. Not sure who did that Microsoft, DELL or Best Buy...I'll never buy another one with W11-S!

Very Pleased. Speedy. Needed a Windows 11 machine. No back light keyboard might be a problem for some. Bought an open box model and saved a lot.

Very efficient operating speeds; battery has long lasting life; nice storage levels for general usage.

Very quick. The mouse cursor has a tendency to disappear, thank goodness it’s also a touch screen! Also micro soft blocks and new software not obtained through their store making things a bit burdensome.

Great screen size and responsiveness. Only downside is purchased for small business and it runs Windows Home instead of Windows Enterprise - lesson learned for next time!

Its a bang for your buck computer. It does what i need it to for school and for my Co-op class as a senior in high school. And I do plan to use this for college aswell. Only thing that is annoying is that there are no USB-C ports but even then id rather have more IO than a type c port

I mainly got this to play Sims on. I had gotten something else but it wasnt fit for that. So I returned it, but I also didnt want to spend $800+ on a computer. They suggested this one and it was on sale even, and I really like it! I dont use it for too much, but Sims works well and it just seems like a fast computer overall. No complaints!
