Product was working good, and it has touch screen which enhances your working while you doing it.

Easy to set up, easy to use, plenty of power and lots of memory. What's not to like!

Very Pleased. Speedy. Needed a Windows 11 machine. No back light keyboard might be a problem for some. Bought an open box model and saved a lot.

For the price, the laptop is ok ,is speedy enough ,the only issue I see is with the 8GB RAM being not enough especially when you have Chrome open and try do do something else like say playing Solitaire(in my case).

We have used these Del Inspiron laptops for our remote Call Center employees. They are a great price and reliable. We have had a few in circulation for years now. Dell makes a solid product that we are rely on. The graphics and speed are sufficient for the type of online programs run at our Call Center. Nothing too fancy but works for us.

THIS LAPTOP IS JIST THE RIGHT SIZE AND WEIGHT. I LIKE THE EFFICIENT SIZE.

Great configuration for the price. Most laptops with the same features and specs would cost a couple hundred dollars more. Time will tell if it's a reliable PC. So far it is meeting expectation.

I got this while it was on sale and it works great. I have been using it for college and it has been great. The only fault I have found is that it has a relatively short battery at 2 hours fully charged.

I love this laptop. I got it back in August 2024 and it works perfect to this day! Lots of storage space, as I use it for school and work. Highly recommend

This laptop was purchased for my grandson to do his college work with. I am a retired network operator and we set it up and loaded office together. Seemed like a great unit for that purpose.
