Love the touch screen and size. However, battery is already bad after only 6 months of use.

This is a great computer. It’s fast and does what I need it to. The only downfall is if I try to download anything like adobe it will take the computer out of protection and I don’t think that’s fair.

Excellent for home office and college courses! I enjoy the touchscreen option and the numeric pad, as well. I appreciate the size of it altogether. I switched for a Toshiba laptop and will never go back.

My other PC went out on me so I had to get something in a pinch. This laptop is great for the price. I am using this work mostly gaming and it does pretty well. I am happy with my purchase.

Great laptop and great price. Was easy to set up and my daughter does all her homework on it. It is also good for streaming and the touch screen is fantastic. Very happy with this product.

Laptop was great for first two months, then charger stopped working all together, seller told me this was a gaming laptop and it was the best, completely lied straight to my face, after one month of using the new charger the laptop would turn on again, had to get another charger, well I’m coming up on year one of having this laptop and i have bought 5 chargers for it, it over heats as the fans are on the bottom so I’ve had to buy many stands for it to sit on to find the perfect one, still over heated until i bought a very pricey stand that also has fans on it to help cool down the laptop. Very very faulty battery, and charge port, would recommend spending more like i wanted to at the time for a better laptop. I think they just sold me this one to get rid of stock.

Lasted about 16 months until the spacebar gave out.... Cant type without activating the track pad. decent specs with upgraded memory...

I am love my Dell computer. The Geek Squad got it all set up for me and were great to work with. The display is beautiful, the speed searching for different things is great and I am really enjoying it.

Honestly was skeptical cabout getting this but it isnt bad at all. Speakers are decent and ifnyoure using this computer for the basics and nothing crazy its worth it.

Best budget Dell laptop, with essentials for work and education. Not a powerhouse for gaming, but that's what gaming laptops are for. No need for a core i7, maybe it could use some more RAM but the SSD is just the right size for productivity.

This is a very solid computer that suits all of my basic needs.

Lots of features at a low price point. Looking for something with more value this is it, pretty darn fast as well. Glad we found this lap top and compared it to others and glad of our decision.

Laptop working perfectly and I got an open box one. I don't use it for much but it does what i need it to. My son uses it for school when needed.
