Best budget Dell laptop, with essentials for work and education. Not a powerhouse for gaming, but that's what gaming laptops are for. No need for a core i7, maybe it could use some more RAM but the SSD is just the right size for productivity.

This Dell Inspiron 15 Touch is a good value laptop. The chassis is plastic but that is to be expected it's price range. The i5 is more than capable. The battery life is not the best.

Got this computer for my daughter and its was such a great purchase! The touchscreen was the real seller. If you have a the Best Buy credit card you can get a great promotion of no interest for a certain amount of months. Love it!

Great laptop, got it for my niece for school does everything it supposed to.

It was very easy to set up, connect to my printer and update with MS Office 365 software. I had all this done in under an hour by MYSELF. I typically need help with anything electronic, and this was so easy, and the laptop works great!

This laptop was used as a replacement for a defective laptop I purchased and I am very happy with, not only the product itself, but the quality of the service. Large screen, number keypad, runs efficiently. Overall great quality.

Needed a simple but decent computer for father, this laptop configuration was perfect for him. Only thing to note is that it comes in safe mode meaning you can only install software from Microsoft store, not an easy option to turn off. Should be sold to consumer with it turned off and asked if you want it turned on, otherwise a very good buy.

Excellent computer. It works well for my wife's Zoom classes.
