I needed a new laptop for my kids to do school work. This is a great option that allows her to do everything she needs and it was very reasonably priced. It was easy to setup and get started as well.

The greatest reason for my rating (fair) is for the chassis itself. The device has a zero-dimension perimeter frame around the screen. This is frustrating because it causes all-too-frequent pop-ups; not only of services, but of computer functions. It drives me spare!! the keyboard frame has similar problems as this causes occasional shut-downs for touching the power-on-off key when I am shifting position (it is supposed to be a laptop, not a desktop device). The thin profile sounds great, but this allows ventilation only at the bottom of the base. If the computer is on a lap (or belly, if you are laying down) or blanket this prevents proper circulation and I have detected a heated chassis and power adapter. The software/power of the device is not challenged by my usage, as I do no gaming; but I sometimes use 10-20 tabs for reading future chapters when I am without wi-fi access, so this is more than adequate for my needs. The chassis material should not be sleek/slick, as the frame is weak enough that it suffered major damage from being dropped. Need to be able to finger-grip/adhere somewhat to the smooth surfaces, especially when there is little to grasp without enacting touch/key functions.

I was definitely a bit hesitant getting a dell product, especially coming from Apple product. I’m glad I made the switch. I looove my dell. So easy to use, and does a lot of features I use for my business.

This computer is working very well as far as am concerned it saved my life during my exam time at school

Nice little laptop at a great price. It is fast and graphics resolution is good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the keyboard is not backlit.

Needed a basic laptop to replace one given to a family member. Online ordering was easy and efficient. Laptop configuration is clean and snappy for all tasks; basic email and Microsoft applications.

I was happy with this laptop until the microphone sound suddenly stopped working. It's not even a year old! I'm giving it 3 stars because when I first got it, it was working fine. I was using this laptop for school and to do homework and read articles, but now the microphone doesn't work.

I bought a Dell Laptop from Best Buy. Dell Inspiron 15 Touch Screen Laptop. Its working perfectly at this moment. I am happy with it while using it.

Much slower than my old laptop which has the same specs as this one however it was a lenove. Overall its an ok laptop that uses touch screen tech.

This computer is perfect for my everyday needs.I don’t need the touch screen option but it is a nice feature.
