    Solid computer for the money. I purchased 2 of them for 16 yo children and they have worked flawlessly. They were on sale when puchased which added to there overall value.

    My new laptop was set up by my regular computer service company who has helped me take care of my previous Dell laptop through the years. There was a problem with the audio but they figured it out and fixed it. I am getting used to my new Dell and finding it to be just what I wanted.

    Not the computers fault or Best Buy’s, but I have had a devil of a time setting up the darn thing! The biggest problem is/was because my old laptop’s hard drive is shot a transferring data from one to the other takes a lot of time. I’m getting there, though. The young man who helped me purchase this laptop was very nice and patient with an older person, and answered my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid. I really appreciated that.
