This is a good laptop, and I bought it for my sister as a birthday gift. Everything works perfectly, and she is enjoying with her new laptop.

Very good entry level computer for light tasks. It had everything needed for a personal computer for non-gamers. It is well built and equipped properly for a windows 11 computer to be used by students or people just needing the basics.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she says its a good laptop for college.

Got this laptop for my teen daughter and she absolutely loves it. She uses it for school, art, research etc. Now, of course, my younger daughter wants one for christmas...

This is a great laptop! I use it for my online college classes and it works perfectly. It has plenty of space to store word documents, a few USB ports for external storage, and it's also upgradable!

My very 1st laptop every. Ive never even had a desk top before either. But i love this Dell laptop from Best Buy. The purchase was online, simple and fast pickup.

My wife needed a computer just for home use and this fit the bill perfectly, we really don’t know about the battery life because it’s mostly plugged in

My pap has had his same Dell computer since I was younger (7-8) so I decided to get my daughter and I one! I don’t think they have any brand better than DELL.

it’s a pretty well laptop for starters and if u just need a ready to go laptop this is a good one

Got it at a great deal. Ended up returning for one with a higher refresh rate. But if you’re looking for a good laptop, I would recommend this one, open box with a 4 year protection plan.

A good value for a 15" laptop with an i5. My only critique would be with the trackpad - the offset placement along with the limited area for "left click" make it slightly awkward, but the numeric keypad is a definite plus.

Excellent laptop, everything I was looking. My needs were ver basic and this was perfect.

I think this is fine for a low end computer. I had a very old Dell previously and find some of the same quirks with this one. Mainly that I have to be very careful how I move the screen or I will lose everything and end up back at the desktop. And the curser still jumps around for no reason at all. The other thing I'm not fond of is the keyboard. The keys are so flat yet not super responsive. It's difficult to change my typing style after so many years. The touch screen is interesting but not any faster or easier than my mouse.

Had this for 8 months and I love all that I can do with it.
