    Product was available and affordable. I did not like that I had to purchase dvd drive. Software company would send me a link to download the product.

    Windows 11 kind of sucks, have to buy external cd drive, other than that it’s good, plan to upgrade to Linux operating system.

    Dell never disappoint its user. The computer is great in value. The only complain is the screen, but it is a sub $1000 laptop after all.
