    Dell Cares??? Yeah right. Dell Cares is who you contact for warranty service. I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 about a year ago. It has a badly designed power port that breaks if you plug in the charger. NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT. It is described by Dell as accidental damage a.k.a your fault. They won't replace it. Good luck if you have this problem. Buyer beware. Dell doesn't care!

    We are long-time customers of Dell products. The Inspirion 15 models are terrible. The plastic frame of the screen and hinges fell apart about a year after buying it and even though it's a fault in the manufacturing process, Dell will not take responsibility and charges a lot to fix it. Would not recommend it at all!!

    Froze up the 3rd day I had it... I returned it for refund.
