I was in need of a new PC. My old Acer had finally died and I was not able to get it to respond . So I looked at Best Buy and found a pretty good deal on this Dell . So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I was happy with this laptop until the microphone sound suddenly stopped working. It's not even a year old! I'm giving it 3 stars because when I first got it, it was working fine. I was using this laptop for school and to do homework and read articles, but now the microphone doesn't work.

I needed a new laptop for my kids to do school work. This is a great option that allows her to do everything she needs and it was very reasonably priced. It was easy to setup and get started as well.

Much slower than my old laptop which has the same specs as this one however it was a lenove. Overall its an ok laptop that uses touch screen tech.
