I am very happy with new laptop. The manufacture and price were the two big factors for this purchase. My last laptop worked for more then ten years and I hope this one will last longer. Spinning hard drive was cause for purchase.

Overall, a great laptop for casual use. Battery life is average. Charging port is not usb-c (I bought an adapter). Very user friendly. Exactly what I was looking for.

I love the new slim style. I hate to buy new products , but I had too. My old one died. I'm not one to buy every new thing on the market.

Started out loving it but even with anti virus protection and all on it, it is now extremely slow and the battery dies quickly. I’ve only had it 2 years

I’ve only used it for a week, but I can’t complain. The setup was easier than I thought and didn’t require the help of my tech-savvy brother-in-law. I’ll update as needed, if I discover any major issues.

Just what we needed for school! We were looking for a basic laptop and windows software so we went directly to Best Buy! This Dell Inspiron fit the bill. My granddaughter couldn’t be more pleased with this laptop.
