Very happy so far with the laptop. Nice and fast, don’t use all the time but it will do all I need, visual is great with lots of color

While shopping I came across this by chance. It was open so a large percentage off the original price. Always check for the power cable when buying an opened box! Overall great student laptop. The plastic feels very cheap and flimsy so I’d be careful.

I bought this as an open box, two days later i took it back in, I wished i had just got my money back, I took another one dame thing stopped working on 02-8-2025 i bought this on 08-5-2024. here I'm told it under warranty IT Is not... to fix the no good piece of junk i gave B B another $179.00 for Your membership details. Best buy gets you on an half ask warranty. buy from someone who stands behind the stuff they sale, i can see this lap-top will not last me for a year. the dame battery gets HOT,shuts down, i had to put shelf tabs to raise it up so it would not burn into my desk. this has big hidden faults.

This is a great machine for my daughter's schoolwork, with a nice side of gaming as well. The touchpad is a little wonky, but we use a wireless mouse with it and it works well.

I love my new computer! My old one crashed so I went online to Best Buy and found my Dell...it was delivered in one day! I'm delighted!

Works great. I needed one for minimal work from home and this is perfect. Didn't need anything special or crazy extra perks so this is working great for me.

The notebook is good! Excellent value for money. But it is not recommended for heavy work, daily use.

It does not work does not accept my password and got stuck in an infinite Loop and NOW I hope I can use warranty to get the exact same model since I bought it at discounted price if Not I just have a Brick of a Computer that does not work for a Software Windows 11 Problem.
