    the Microsoft exclusive part was not very well disclosed on website. doubt would have gotten any better info from people at the store. decent computer, good price. will be killing the Microsoft "exclusive" soon

    I unintentionally purchased this laptop as I intended to get a HP but I was pleasantly surprised but dell has always produced nice products in my opinion. My son loved it and while we don’t have matching hp’s like ai intended he liked the dell more e anyways! It all worked out
