Good starter laptop for small business, runs well holds info amount needed

Perfect for my daughter who started her freshman year of college this summer. She has had no issues. I had to unlock to be ablw to use non Microsoft apps but that was an easy click of a button.

Used as a business/personal laptop. Works great for my intended use.

Absolutely good laptop , with good battery . More than enough for my daily usage. Good touch screen .

Good for the price. Can play WoW on it if I choose, but this is more for work and surfs the internet, runs adobe, 3d printer slicers, and microsoft programs fine (usually with multiple of these open at a time.

Great product, am a Mac user and found this really good, the only thing am really missing is the iluminationof the keyword, but for the price is acceptable, must see durability at long term, because Apple durability is excellent, my review could change in the long run

Love the touch screen and size. However, battery is already bad after only 6 months of use.

Lasted about 16 months until the spacebar gave out.... Cant type without activating the track pad. decent specs with upgraded memory...

Of course im on the very laptop now and it is great for me (a none tech guy) the only thing better than my laptop is the help I get from the workers at Best Buy.

This laptop is for the wife, got her something to replace her tablet, she likes it, it's lighter not big, and a very excellent labtop for what she need to do checking the kids school progress and filling out any document for school purposes.

I really like the laptop and it's very good; it serves all the needs of my business.

I needed a relatively inexpensive laptop for travel purposes. This one is in that middle level that does what it needs to do. I wouldn't want to do high end gaming or video production on it, but it's an excellent tool for basic business functions.

Laptop working perfectly and I got an open box one. I don't use it for much but it does what i need it to. My son uses it for school when needed.

I would have given a 5* except I had to call just a couple of days after getting my laptop because it was getting really hot. The Geek Squad updated some things and I haven't had a problem since. Happy with it so far.

Marissa facilitated the prompt and swift purchase of the product. I updated the computer and installed the Microsoft Program. Since I have not been using PC for almost a decade, It took me a while to relearn how to deal with a PC. After all, it was easy to manage the computer.

Laptop was great for first two months, then charger stopped working all together, seller told me this was a gaming laptop and it was the best, completely lied straight to my face, after one month of using the new charger the laptop would turn on again, had to get another charger, well I’m coming up on year one of having this laptop and i have bought 5 chargers for it, it over heats as the fans are on the bottom so I’ve had to buy many stands for it to sit on to find the perfect one, still over heated until i bought a very pricey stand that also has fans on it to help cool down the laptop. Very very faulty battery, and charge port, would recommend spending more like i wanted to at the time for a better laptop. I think they just sold me this one to get rid of stock.

Has good speed and good memory. I would by it again.
