I really love my touch screen laptop. The only thing I'm not happy with is the bottom of my laptop gets hots while using it.

Absolutely love this computer. Bought it on a whim and have been nothing but blown away with its processing speed, download time and graphics!!

Much better than my work laptop and prefer my own device as well.

love actually being able ro get a new laptop for myself. its so quick and was all in all pretty simple to set up with step by step instructions.

Computer was easy to log in instructions to follow so prompts. I was able to log into my Gmail and Yahoo accounts with no difficulties. Pretty simple on exploring the computer and all it's information about it.

This laptop is comfortable to use, such as smooth typing keyboard and tach panel. Battery is good so far.

Excellent computer. It works well for my wife's Zoom classes.

I was in need of a new PC. My old Acer had finally died and I was not able to get it to respond . So I looked at Best Buy and found a pretty good deal on this Dell . So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I needed a new laptop for my kids to do school work. This is a great option that allows her to do everything she needs and it was very reasonably priced. It was easy to setup and get started as well.

I was definitely a bit hesitant getting a dell product, especially coming from Apple product. I’m glad I made the switch. I looove my dell. So easy to use, and does a lot of features I use for my business.

Excellent laptop, everything I was looking. My needs were ver basic and this was perfect.

This laptop has proved to be excellent for my small business. Did not need power for gaming, just basic word processing and record keeping. It has proved to be fast and dependable.

My husband and I decided to get a laptop that we could use together. My 2 laptops are over 12 years old and decided it was time. We went to Best But with intent on purchasing a new lapto and we had a budget. With staff assistance we found a laptop in our budget range and specifications we wanted. Since we were under budget we were able to get a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I feel this purchase will be perfect for us and being able to get what we wanted in stock made us satisfied.

Amazing work laptop for all essentials and great screen.

Needed a basic laptop to replace one given to a family member. Online ordering was easy and efficient. Laptop configuration is clean and snappy for all tasks; basic email and Microsoft applications.

Nice little laptop at a great price. It is fast and graphics resolution is good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the keyboard is not backlit.
