    I recently purchased an open-box laptop and ran extensive diagnostic tests after buying it. The laptop was in 100% perfect condition with no issues and looked brand new. This was an excellent deal, offering great quality at a reduced price. Highly recommend open-box products!

    I got what I paid for. Overall functional for basic computing and light work. The construction does look and feel very cheap and flimsy. Pressing into the keyboard and you can see and feel the indentation with each keystroke. Feels like a laptop from the early 2000s but at least the monitor is big and processor works as advertised.
