I find the Dell computer easy to use. It is very quick. I have always used a mouse to work; however I find that using the pad has been much easier on this computer. I am very happy with my choice.

This laptop is great for our needs. Its quick, reliable and user friendly, especially since we are not, by any stretch of the imagination, IT/tech savvy. Easy set up by the Geek Squad (thank you very much), and easy to navigate. We're still learning about all the available features; and enjoying our learning experience (we are seniors...). Definitely the right choice for us, especially since it was on sale...

I liked it, the computer runs well and the hardwire it looks good. The processor works well, I can surf in internet without problems. I would say that the price correlates to the quality.

Needed to upgrade my laptop. I don't like change but this laptop has been a great transition. It's fast with a sleek design. I am getting used to Windows 11 and couldn't be happier overall.

I'm using this laptop from last one and a half year and I really like it the best thing is the screen which is touch screen so it gets really easy to use and sign documents and etc the battery capacity could be better but it's fine

Bought this computer for my mother to replace her old Mac. She loves it. She said she loves how fast it is and the touch screen was a big win.

It is running fine, but it worries me that the fan air output is so hot, even when not running processor intense program/apps. We shall see if this becomes a problem in the future. Other than that I would have given 5 stars. Maybe it is fine, maybe it is in the design, just never had a laptop put out that much heat before.

Very good laptop for the price. I usually get HP products, but would also buy Dell from now on. Quick starting and ease of handling.
