Purchase on-line was easy, pick up was ready in a timely manner. Laptop and software were easy to set-up. Store staff were friendly and helpful.

Feels cheaply made, plasticky. It's fast enough to browse the web and watch movies, not much else.

This is my second Inspiron 15 and it hasn't disappointed me. The only thing I miss from this one that was on my first one is backlit keyboard.

Had this for 8 months and I love all that I can do with it.

I purchased it open box. From day 1 overheats. I asked Dell for replacement and they agreed, but then they said because it is open box, they won't replace it, only I can send it to repair that will take few weeks and I need the laptop to work. Best Buy never said that because it is open box, there is limited or other type of warrantly. I am out of the country for vacation and when I'm back my return period is over. So I'm stuck.

Bought this for music and video software. It has provided wonderful response and use. I do not need nor use the touchscreen ability but for the cost don't mind the feature.

Everything is good but if u use it continuously for 3-4 hours it starts a buzzing sound

Good basic laptop used for email, surfing the web. It has a satisfactory response time. Purchased a month ago. No problems so far.

Laptop body frame and joint are cracked and I cant open or run it now. This is within 6 months of purchase and minimal use with care. Worse quality than cheap toy. What is point of having all great speed, memory, display and battery if laptop body is broken?

Buttery Smooth flawless performance of the machine as expected by Dell , got with a wonderful deal at best buy for such a configuration.

Product was available and affordable. I did not like that I had to purchase dvd drive. Software company would send me a link to download the product.
