It’s fast, super easy to use, and the touchscreen is way more convenient than I expected. I use it for work, it handles everything smoothly. Battery life is solid, and it feels sturdy but not heavy. Honestly, great laptop for the price. I’d definitely recommend it!

Came with WINDOWS 11 "S mode"???!!! Which REQUIRES you to get any apps from the Microsoft store ONLY??! Very strange! It took me a couple of hours to figure out how to get it back to a "normal" Windows 11. Not sure who did that Microsoft, DELL or Best Buy...I'll never buy another one with W11-S!

The mouse cursor has a tendency to disappear, thank goodness it’s also a touch screen! Also micro soft blocks and new software not obtained through their store making things a bit burdensome.

Great Computer at a Great Price

It does what i need it to for school and for my Co-op class as a senior in high school. And I do plan to use this for college aswell. Only thing that is annoying is that there are no USB-C ports but even then id rather have more IO than a type c port

I had gotten something else but it wasnt fit for that. So I returned it, but I also didnt want to spend $800+ on a computer. They suggested this one and it was on sale even, and I really like it! I dont use it for too much, but Sims works well and it just seems like a fast computer overall. No complaints!
