This Dell laptop was an exceptional price and I am thoroughly happy with it. I gimped along with the old hp which I should have gotten a Dell to begin with this is my second Dell. The first one lasted 10 years. And this little beauty actually cost less than my new iPad.

Very quick. The mouse cursor has a tendency to disappear, thank goodness it’s also a touch screen! Also micro soft blocks and new software not obtained through their store making things a bit burdensome.

Normally I would give this a 5 star...but this one... Came with WINDOWS 11 "S mode"???!!! Which REQUIRES you to get any apps from the Microsoft store ONLY??! Very strange! It took me a couple of hours to figure out how to get it back to a "normal" Windows 11. Not sure who did that Microsoft, DELL or Best Buy...I'll never buy another one with W11-S!

The price is just right for this laptop by Dell. It’s actually the second one I’ve purchased recently, the first was for my son for school work. The processing speed, onboard memory, and performance is more than capable of using the Microsoft suite, remote learning, surfing the web, etc

This laptop is very lightweight and easy to use. The memory and hard drive are sufficient for my work from home, and I haven't had any problems with them. I highly recommend it to someone looking for a replacement laptop.

I purchased this item as a newer model only to find out that is does not come with the type c port this is after purchasing a lenovo took the Lenovo tonthe geek squad was told it would be 2 to 3 day process i had to come to the store several times before speaking with the manager who refunded my money back and the purchased a new laptop brought the total protection plan but your geek squad team suck at the Springhill location i might continue to use best buy but never the spring hill location

Pretty good performance. The laptop is also lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around.

Good value at a friendly price. High resolution touchscreen; keyboard with good “feel”.

Fast and has alot of storage good for work and other things

I mainly got this to play Sims on. I had gotten something else but it wasnt fit for that. So I returned it, but I also didnt want to spend $800+ on a computer. They suggested this one and it was on sale even, and I really like it! I dont use it for too much, but Sims works well and it just seems like a fast computer overall. No complaints!

My parents love it. I wanted them to be able to use a computer comfortably without sitting at a desk since they both have mobility issues.

Its a bang for your buck computer. It does what i need it to for school and for my Co-op class as a senior in high school. And I do plan to use this for college aswell. Only thing that is annoying is that there are no USB-C ports but even then id rather have more IO than a type c port
