    I bought this for my grandson to use for college. He loves it, and likes the touch screen. The features with the Dell are a bargin. I bought this model back in 2012 and never had a problem with it although mine wasn't compatible with Windows 11 and so I bought a laptop that was compatible or I'd still be using it.

    Bought for college on sale. Have had best experience with Ddll so was looking for that. This is not a top laptop but overall appears to be good enough for my needs.

    As a general home office machine, it is a good value as expected so far. My first Windows 11 machine that came with it's S mode which is a bit of a pain to remove so that you can load applications that don't come from the Microsoft store.

    I bought this computer for my niece. It’s a very nice computer. She recommended it to all of her friends. She has no problem. It’s very easy to function and to understand and for a college student, I do recommend it 100%.
