Walking in the store i had no idea what i was looking for all i know i needed a computer for my daughter that she can do graphics design. Was treated as soon as i walked in the door then directed to a well knowledgeable customer service rep who made it so easy for me to get the information i need

This was a perfectly priced laptop for doing MS Office work and web surfing. The quality of the laptop and the speed of it makes a very comfortable experience. Was very easy to setup and start using.

It is big and comfortable. The connection process was simple while I did have to take it to geek squad to allow access to add non windows compatible apps. It runs well and is everything that I was looking for in a computer.

Laptop was great for first two months, then charger stopped working all together, seller told me this was a gaming laptop and it was the best, completely lied straight to my face, after one month of using the new charger the laptop would turn on again, had to get another charger, well I’m coming up on year one of having this laptop and i have bought 5 chargers for it, it over heats as the fans are on the bottom so I’ve had to buy many stands for it to sit on to find the perfect one, still over heated until i bought a very pricey stand that also has fans on it to help cool down the laptop. Very very faulty battery, and charge port, would recommend spending more like i wanted to at the time for a better laptop. I think they just sold me this one to get rid of stock.

Perfect for my daughter who started her freshman year of college this summer. She has had no issues. I had to unlock to be ablw to use non Microsoft apps but that was an easy click of a button.

Good for the price. Can play WoW on it if I choose, but this is more for work and surfs the internet, runs adobe, 3d printer slicers, and microsoft programs fine (usually with multiple of these open at a time.

Has good speed and good memory. I would by it again.

Finally got my husband to use a laptop with this particular one. He can use the touch screen with ease and it's the right size for watching and reading the things he likes to see.

Great product, am a Mac user and found this really good, the only thing am really missing is the iluminationof the keyword, but for the price is acceptable, must see durability at long term, because Apple durability is excellent, my review could change in the long run

This laptop is for the wife, got her something to replace her tablet, she likes it, it's lighter not big, and a very excellent labtop for what she need to do checking the kids school progress and filling out any document for school purposes.

Of course im on the very laptop now and it is great for me (a none tech guy) the only thing better than my laptop is the help I get from the workers at Best Buy.

I would have given a 5* except I had to call just a couple of days after getting my laptop because it was getting really hot. The Geek Squad updated some things and I haven't had a problem since. Happy with it so far.
