    My husband and I decided to get a laptop that we could use together. My 2 laptops are over 12 years old and decided it was time. We went to Best But with intent on purchasing a new lapto and we had a budget. With staff assistance we found a laptop in our budget range and specifications we wanted. Since we were under budget we were able to get a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I feel this purchase will be perfect for us and being able to get what we wanted in stock made us satisfied.

    I was happy with this laptop until the microphone sound suddenly stopped working. It's not even a year old! I'm giving it 3 stars because when I first got it, it was working fine. I was using this laptop for school and to do homework and read articles, but now the microphone doesn't work.

    This is a traveling work laptop, so buying used was a great deal. It’s a Dell, it’s fairly new, and it really doesn’t show any wear on it. Geek squad transferred the old data to this machine and I was GTG. I’m really happy with the technology, price, and service.
