    Much better than my old 2012. Windows 10 in old computer could not update to Windows 11. Much easer to ues and faster.

    We purchased 2 of these Dell laptops for our daughters to use in high school. One started giving us problems within a couple months: some of the keys stopped working reliably (e.g., "T", "Y", and backspace). Aside from the keys on one of the laptops, this model is acceptable for high school level work, but it's not great. The keyboard is too spongey and the build quality seems just "ok."
