Dell Laptop

The biggest problem is/was because my old laptop’s hard drive is shot a transferring data from one to the other takes a lot of time. I’m getting there, though. The young man who helped me purchase this laptop was very nice and patient with an older person, and answered my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid. I really appreciated that.
