one of the worse laptops i owned. has to be on hard surface or mousepad acts up. Had multiple issues with the system, checked for issues and reinstalled windows, never fixed. Battery lasts for a very short time. Spend a little more and get something better

I like my laptop. I would like the graphics to be lighter. I've tried adjusting with the light to dark keys adove the 6 and 7 key no help.l'm sure there's some way to go into settings and lighten the screen and graphics! It would help a lot if I could get that accomplish.

Very good entry level computer for light tasks. It had everything needed for a personal computer for non-gamers. It is well built and equipped properly for a windows 11 computer to be used by students or people just needing the basics.

Seemed like a good computer but I returned it because it did not have a backlit keyboard. If that isn’t important to you, this computer came highly recommended from the staff in store.

Happy with our new Dell There was a great sell on the lap top. A lot of extra features that comparable product did not have.

Got this laptop for my teen daughter and she absolutely loves it. She uses it for school, art, research etc. Now, of course, my younger daughter wants one for christmas...

My wife needed a computer just for home use and this fit the bill perfectly, we really don’t know about the battery life because it’s mostly plugged in

Started out loving it but even with anti virus protection and all on it, it is now extremely slow and the battery dies quickly. I’ve only had it 2 years

A good value for a 15" laptop with an i5. My only critique would be with the trackpad - the offset placement along with the limited area for "left click" make it slightly awkward, but the numeric keypad is a definite plus.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she says its a good laptop for college.

Got it at a great deal. Ended up returning for one with a higher refresh rate. But if you’re looking for a good laptop, I would recommend this one, open box with a 4 year protection plan.

My pap has had his same Dell computer since I was younger (7-8) so I decided to get my daughter and I one! I don’t think they have any brand better than DELL.

I think this is fine for a low end computer. I had a very old Dell previously and find some of the same quirks with this one. Mainly that I have to be very careful how I move the screen or I will lose everything and end up back at the desktop. And the curser still jumps around for no reason at all. The other thing I'm not fond of is the keyboard. The keys are so flat yet not super responsive. It's difficult to change my typing style after so many years. The touch screen is interesting but not any faster or easier than my mouse.

It is a great pleasure and a good advantage to buy from Best Buy. Being a member is another wonderful thing because of the reduction in price It is a great privilege to enjoy

Got the laptop with a discount when I visited the store and decided to give it a try. Until now it has worked fine. Plese note that I have used for work related tasks. Not sure how it would perform as a gaming laptop.

it’s a pretty well laptop for starters and if u just need a ready to go laptop this is a good one

I was very pleased with the service I received during my purchase. I told the sales associate what I needed and he guided me to the me to the Dell. I was impressed with his product knowledge and his patience.

Overall I am still getting use to it. I think my desktop is really so much easier. I am having to get a new printer to go with this one. Just has been more pain getting every thing set up than I expected
