Useless computer

It was looking for a bitlocker number, which I do not have. The computer is useless. I could not return it because it was not working. I had to buy another computer, this time i brought a Mac air, no problems.

Poor connection

If purchase defiantly get protection plan just in case.

Not Good for College

I got this for my daughter for college and it only last her 3 hours. She’s on college for more than 3 hours. This was the worst purchase I could’ve made.

Best Buy are CROOKS!!!!

They charged me an extra $32 at a later date saying that they adjusted the price for taxes. I paid taxes when I originally bought it. CROOKS!!!!
