Started off frustrating. Got it all set up and needed to remove 11s so I could run programs I needed outside of the app store and google chrome. I got it all set up and signed into microsoft only because I have a old email address and it supposed to make removing 11s easier. All I would get is errors when following the instructions to change from 11s to 11. I finally did a recovery and saved my data. After the recovery following the instructions to do the change worked perfectly. Extremely frustrating but now its working as it should.

This computer was at an Excellent Price! The computer performance exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend Best Buy and this product!

Good value computer. Didn't need bells and whistles and this works just fine. Good size, lightweight, and no issues so far.

Not hard to tell why I was able to get it at the price I paid. The core i5 seems good but there is nothing flashy about. Functional with touch screen. I'm unable to download google and I'm unable to use my old printer and I don't want to buy a new one. Laptop may have to go back. Q

I love my Dell-Inspiron 15 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop. The touchscreen feature is especially nice. NO MORE scrolling up and down. Easy to use for emailing, google search, and all my personal needs.

I would have to say the speed and reliability of this laptop makes this purchase a great choice for a budget-friendly laptop I purchased my laptop for my college education and so far no issues with the laptop, very good purchase 5 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would recommend this product to anymore looking further their education.

If I had reviewed this computer shortly after my purchase I'd have given it 5 stars. However, 3 weeks after purchase the computer abruptly wouldn't start. The good news is that I was given a replacement - no questions asked. The bad news is that I had to pay for transferring the data to the new computer. So far the replacement is working well but I'm wondering if it, too, would stop working and whether it would happen after the warrantee expires...

Absolutely amazing for the value. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. Just wish the keyboard was backlit but that’s ok.

I needed a cheap laptop to do some office work on the go, and this fit the bill. It's not the greatest, but for what it is for, its a great value for money

My wife loves this little computer. She writes letters, and uses it for looking up information. It works well for her needs.

Good laptop. Very useful. only issue that I tried to install a program but did not work once did not go thru Windows/Dell installation program

Had another brand in mind but saw this and decided to give it a try, it was well worth it and laptop exceeded my expectations.

Still learning this laptop, it a bit different from my old hp I feel I made a great purchase .

Very happy so far with the laptop. Nice and fast, don’t use all the time but it will do all I need, visual is great with lots of color

Love my touch screen laptop, so simple to use. My daughter love to use it, is very practical.

love this notebook and easy to set up. I have not used it a lot yet but plan to use when I am traveling.
