I bought this as an open box, two days later i took it back in, I wished i had just got my money back, I took another one dame thing stopped working on 02-8-2025 i bought this on 08-5-2024. here I'm told it under warranty IT Is not... to fix the no good piece of junk i gave B B another $179.00 for Your membership details. Membership Plan: Yearly Membership Member Number Enrollment Date 2/9/2025 Renewal $179.99 per year To ensure your benefits are always active, your membership will automatically renew each year.* just get it fix, total for this piece of junk $578.99 so far. This will be the last time i buy off Best Buy rip your ask off. Best buy gets you on an half ask warranty. buy from someone who stands behind the stuff they sale, i can see this lap-top will not last me for a year. the dame battery gets HOT,shuts down, i had to put shelf tabs to raise it up so it would not burn into my desk. this has big hidden faults.

If I had reviewed this computer shortly after my purchase I'd have given it 5 stars. However, 3 weeks after purchase the computer abruptly wouldn't start. The good news is that I was given a replacement - no questions asked. The bad news is that I had to pay for transferring the data to the new computer. So far the replacement is working well but I'm wondering if it, too, would stop working and whether it would happen after the warrantee expires...

Absolutely amazing for the value. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. Just wish the keyboard was backlit but that’s ok.

I love my new computer! My old one crashed so I went online to Best Buy and found my Dell...it was delivered in one day! I'm delighted!

Works great. I needed one for minimal work from home and this is perfect. Didn't need anything special or crazy extra perks so this is working great for me.

I needed a cheap laptop to do some office work on the go, and this fit the bill. It's not the greatest, but for what it is for, its a great value for money

My wife loves this little computer. She writes letters, and uses it for looking up information. It works well for her needs.

Good laptop. Very useful. only issue that I tried to install a program but did not work once did not go thru Windows/Dell installation program

Had another brand in mind but saw this and decided to give it a try, it was well worth it and laptop exceeded my expectations.

Very happy so far with the laptop. Nice and fast, don’t use all the time but it will do all I need, visual is great with lots of color

While shopping I came across this by chance. It was open so a large percentage off the original price. Always check for the power cable when buying an opened box! Overall great student laptop. The plastic feels very cheap and flimsy so I’d be careful.

The computer was bought to do work functions. It works very well for what it was purchased for.
