this is one of my easy laptops I have ever own. very light weight too. I can work on it all day long since is fun and easy to manage. Dell always delivers with top-of-the-line computers.

It was an excellent purchase; to this day everything has worked perfectly.

Great lap top for a great price I would definitely recommend it to friends and family the battery life is good and it’s very easy to navigate through it hold a decent amount of storage

Good for crafts that’s basically what we got it for the only thing about it is you have to use Edge which I don’t like that program Chrome is the better of the two in my opinion

If your intended use of a laptop is generally for basic use, then I think this is a good and affordable laptop. I usually stick with Dell because it's proved to be lasting with minimal problems.

super fast but for knowledge know that if its not on the microsoft store than you will have to get them to unlock your computer if doesnt fit your work apps

Good computer, touch screen can be a bit annoying sometimes, but its wonderful otherwise!

Performance to date is quick and reliable. 8 gb Memory with 256gb SSD works well for current use. Product well priced and Best Buy pick up was smooth.
