    Very pleased with this product. I have had other Dell products in the past, and also very satisfied with them. Individuals at Best Buy were very helpful in my purchase. The only item that I didn’t particularly care for was the absence of a DVD drive as a part of the computer. But then, it seems that that’s the way with all brands.

    I take very good care of all of my electronics to where they last for several years - this laptop only made a year. I read some of the reviews to see I was not the only one experiencing this issue, but the laptop is cheaply made. The plastic snapped causing the screen to slowly detach from the keyboard. It still works because I have duct tape holding it together but I am unable to open/close the lid of the laptop now. The duct tape no longer is working and the laptop is to the point where it is glitching. It is time to buy a new one and pray the new one is not cheaply made.

    I have been a Best Buy Customer since 10 yr and I love the product and services very much. I am glad we have a Best Buy outlet store close to us were I can find lots of clearance just because outlet store has lots off sales. Regarding product I do like my new purchase. I bought this to Gift current student of Bachelors of Technology.
