    Seems to be a good product overall so far with what I'm doing with it. Only four stars because the first computer I purchased I brought home an it did not power on, so I had to go back and get a replacement. But so far this one is working fine with no complaints right now. Probably would recommend buying the one year warranty with it at least.

    For the price it is an excellent computer. But it is lacking a few things that I didn’t think about (and apparently didn’t read about) such as facial recognition. And I don’t like how the keyboard is offset because of the number keypad which I did worry about when I ordered it. But all in all for the price it is great

    good producthad to get trend micro to help me get it protected bough this on line and picked up at store was disappointed that they didn't have one at the store best buy is not like it used to be as far the store gos it's diffaclut to get anybody to help you then they had to get the manager better off just have it delivered
