Have just started to use laptop. Seems to be fast processor, Perfect size of memory for my needs. Screen resolution, size is what I was looking for. Battery life is sufficient.

Processer is fast with great audio and video card. Great signal strength when it is Bluetooth to other devices. Slick style and well made design.

I'm a computer tech and one of the key factors I use when purchasing a computer is repairability. The ability to find parts when repairing is very important. The nice thing about Dell computers is that it is very easy to find spare parts. They're also just better built. I use to recommend HP and Dell but with HP having issues with hinges coming loose from the case Dell is my go to machine. This particular model is a good one. The newer gen i5 processors are quite good. Just add 8GB more RAM and this is a good business machine.

My new computer is perfect for me! It is light and easy to use. Also very speedy, which is so much better than my old computer. I couldn’t be happier!!

I don't know if it's the laptop or my wifi, but sometimes it gets a little spotty. Other than that, works great and does everything I need it to do!
