This item was amazing! I really enjoy using it as a personal computer. It's been really helpful. The only thing I will say is that the mouse touchpad is quite touchy and is often resizing the screen when I use 2 fingers. I got a mouse and it's fine, but just know about that.

Excellent Computer for Teenage kids in school!Bought it on sale for christmas. Kids use it for basic school online classes and sometimes streaming movies.

This laptop seems to fit our needs. We purchased it so my wife and I don't have to fight over the use of our home computer. It will also be handy for travel. The battery seems to run down faster than I expected but it is easy to plug in and not a problem.

Bought this for my son. I was worried because someone said it was all plastic. It is a nice laptop and will be perfect for college. He was also able to play a game on it and he said the graphics were great!

Bought this for my wife. I tried to install Webroot for her on my own but wasn't able to do so. Tried remote Geek Squad . They couldn't either. In-store Geek Squad did it in less than 15 mins. The problem was Windows S doesn't allow non-Microsoft apps. Otherwise no problems. Picture is great.

If you want something quick and cheap that does the job yes I’d recommend but you get what you pay for so remember that guys . I would have definitely went with a little more expensive one . The quality feels cheap

In geneal, I like this laptop in view of the quality, the specific feature and price. Nevertheless, I need more time to get used with the advanced technology installed in this device and I think I will contact your IT help desk for assistance Briefly I am satisfied with this device

Wow was getting close to warranty expiration and the hinge broke. Lucky geek squad backed me up. Rather have long hinge instead of 2 short ones.

Took a bit to set up had to fight a bit to turn off Microsoft secured mode to be able to change and update apps. Seems pretty easy to navigate after getting all the side steps done. But useful and functional for what we need.

Good laptop and good quality. Dell makes good laptops for home use.

The hinges are breaking off just a few months into use. I'm having to send it in for repair.

Girl yes this computer has been on my eye for a while! I’ve been watching those aesthetic unboxing videos and I can’t wait to one day get it! DEFINETLY recommend!

I take very good care of all of my electronics to where they last for several years - this laptop only made a year. I read some of the reviews to see I was not the only one experiencing this issue, but the laptop is cheaply made. The plastic snapped causing the screen to slowly detach from the keyboard. It still works because I have duct tape holding it together but I am unable to open/close the lid of the laptop now. The duct tape no longer is working and the laptop is to the point where it is glitching. It is time to buy a new one and pray the new one is not cheaply made.

The staff is always available to clarify what you are looking for vs what youbshould get. They are honest,.polite and vwry straight forward.

I brought this laptop January 2024 I am needing a new laptop January 2025 due to the hinges breaking. I only used the laptop for school. I never travelled with the laptop and the hinges broke within one year

Still learning. Some differences from my old lap top. Have not figured out how the key board lights up. Do not like that it is dark all the time. Overall, I give my new "toy" five stars"

Very fast, good quality screen and well-built at an attractive price. Only critique is that black keys on the black keyboard make them difficult to see, especially, in low light.
