I'm glad the tech recommended adding a 1T drive to this computer. I like it well enough so far. It should meet my needs, but I am still toying with the idea of returning it and going ahead and buying an All-in-One, which is what I've had for 10 years. I thought a laptop would be more efficient in terms of space. However, by the time I added a larger monitor, a port for extra USB slots, an external mouse and keyboard, it's feeling more cumbersome than I wanted. I'll wait a few weeks to see if I get the feel of the reorganized space.

Got this for a replacement for my daughter for college after her laptop stopped working. Typically I try to stay away from Dell, but couldn't pass up on the price. She really likes it. I purchased and had her pick it up at a Best Buy near her. She was able to set it up by herself. That was important. Good value for the money.

Easy to use for my elderly father but still has all of the newer technology and I absolutely love the touch screen.
