I’ve owned Dell computers before and am never disappointed. The full keyboard makes it easy to enter numbers and is comfortable to use. I like the screen and am happy with the colors and resolution. Good purchase.

Still learning. Some differences from my old lap top. Have not figured out how the key board lights up. Do not like that it is dark all the time. Overall, I give my new "toy" five stars"

Very fast, good quality screen and well-built at an attractive price. Only critique is that black keys on the black keyboard make them difficult to see, especially, in low light.

I love this laptop so much. No issues with it whatsoever.

So far I like the laptop. It is quick and the screen looks nice. My only complaint is the keyboard feels really cheap and I wish it was lit. Lighted keyboards make such a big difference.

This computer was a great purchase. No surprises; Dell is always consistent with their products. You can always upgrade this computer if needed but for me it does the job.

Bought this laptop and had the Geek Squad transfer all my data from my old computer. Everything went smoothly and it only took a couple days.

I like the computer itself. It is basic and does what a standard laptop needs to do. I was disappointed with my open-box purchase. There is a persistent issue where the start menu will pop up and down repeatedly for no apparent reason. Apparently, I should have known that when I bought it and Best Buy would not fix it. It also did not include a power cord which should truly be standard or at least specified at the time of purchase.

After dropping my computer off they told me a couple days on it, that same evening i received a notice that they.wete working on it and it was done the next day,10 for.the team.

We wanted to get a new laptop quickly and easy to set up like previous computer. This laptop is lightweight and easy to handle . We had no problems with the set up

I bought this budget laptop for my Mom. She basically is using it for media consumption, browsing, and limited productivity apps. This has been perfect for her!
