Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first purchased the laptop it worked fine but after some time I experienced after opening my laptop that the edge of the screen snapped which happened not even a year later after the purchase (I can honestly say I don’t know how or why) and it’s been 1 year and one month since the purchase and the charger gave out… Disappointed

Problem continue w /inconsistant charging block

We took the laptop to the store, they sent off, was repaired, did well for a bit and now is beginning to do the same thing sometimes. It is very frustrating.

Took it back to Best Buy as seemed design flaw & was told cannot return it and this happens with older model computers, nothing they could do. Shouldn’t even be sold if to old of model that can’t last more than 4 months.

Breaks after one ear refuse

Buyer beware, you're in for a nightmare as you spend two hours with Dell support, answering questions you've already answered about a network issue with the ultimate solution of "Use a different network card." My solution: Use a different laptop altogether.
