Have purchased Dell products for years and this is the first time I've been a bit less satisfied. Moved laptop by pushing the keyboard and grasping the top left corner (not hard). Screen totally cracked (edges are very small around screen). Was brand new and had to wait 30 days for fix. Keyboard does not have backlight and is difficult to see in dim light. And NOT a touch screen which totally surprised me and is most annoying...most all computers these days have touch screens.

Getting to know the capabilities of my Dell Inspiron I5 3520 has been a learning experience with all the features of the new laptop. Looking forward to the future as it will be a great addition for all areas of computing!

I bought this laptop and it works perfectly I will recommend it for anyone interested in getting started with computer .It perfect for I.T students who want to start cyber security or programming

Works perfectly - very easy to get started - fantastic for my college experience. Some assignments require MAC/PC portability - so this is useful to me to run those tests quickly

Second one I purchased. First one was for me. Easy to upgrade. Bought the second for my wife. Will upgrade this one, too. Great computers for the price.

Afoordable laptop i bought for my sister because she is planning on taking college courses in the summer. No complaints yet.

The computer works fine; however, it is already running slow probably due to all of the bloatware that is put on the computer.

Have not really worked with it. Seems like just a basic touch screen that functions. I'm not a gamer. I just have normal needs.

Overall it is a good laptop to have for a decent price. My only complaint is that I wish the screen was bigger.

Laptop is not too heavy and keyboard is light to type and internet runs quick.
