Performance to date is quick and reliable. 8 gb Memory with 256gb SSD works well for current use. Product well priced and Best Buy pick up was smooth.

I purchased this laptop for my wife to use for work applications, casual web browsing, Microsoft Office, and photo storage. The I5 processor works great and has enough memory and storage. Ive had the laptop for almost a year now and it hasn't given me any problems. The battery last around 5hrs a day and tge loading screen is quick. I think ym only negative is that it sometimes doesnt want to conncet to the wifi. Even going into settings to turn on the wifi isnt an option and so i have to restart the laptop again, but that could just be a me problem.

Dell laptop has been easy to use, good battery life, easy to travel with, and good for a 1st laptop for college student.

Great price, lightweight with large screen. Changed it from safe mode to regular mode with a few clicks on Microsoft Website, easy to navigate.

Processer is fast with great audio and video card. Great signal strength when it is Bluetooth to other devices. Slick style and well made design.

I'm a computer tech and one of the key factors I use when purchasing a computer is repairability. The ability to find parts when repairing is very important. The nice thing about Dell computers is that it is very easy to find spare parts. They're also just better built. I use to recommend HP and Dell but with HP having issues with hinges coming loose from the case Dell is my go to machine. This particular model is a good one. The newer gen i5 processors are quite good. Just add 8GB more RAM and this is a good business machine.

This is a great buy for one who is not too hi-tech yet can understand when a laptop is good because I could easily work with it. I have had this for over a couple of years and it's still as good as new.

This notebook is awesome. It handles office, games, and programming. You can upgrade the memory and hard drive when you need it.

I was looking for inexpensive computer. It fit the bill. Basic computer it does work for me. Like that it has a touch screen. Paid $329 for the computer.

This laptop is not great. After owning it for just under two years, it has since been replaced with a new computer and this one was recycled back to BestBuy. I bought it for my father, who used it daily, but it stayed at home, on his lap and he used it to store his pictures and watch YouTube. It did that just fine. The biggest issue is the build quality of this laptop. Within a few months of owning it, however, the hinges went bad. Whenever my dad would open the laptop, the hinges would strain, and eventually they completely separated from the body of the laptop, to the point where he couldn't open it anymore. This was repaired by Geek Squad under warranty, but within the next year, those replacement hinges started to do the same thing. It got to the point again where he had to handle the laptop really delicately, and reminder, it never left the house or moved from it's stationary location. I can't imagine how it would hold up to someone actually taking it on the go. Lucikly, he was gifted a new laptop from someone else, and we were able to get rid of this one. Sad that it only lasted two years, we'll stay away from Dell in the future.
