Upgraded from a Chromebook. Works excellent and much faster than my Chromebook. Touch screen is a nice feature. 10 Key is another nice addition.

As of right now, the laptop is perfect for our homeschool needs. Good sized screen and easy to understand layout. My son is enjoying this very much so far.

No issues, good value for the price. Perfect laptop for personal use, speed is good, picture and sound quality exceeded my expectations.

This laptop is not great. After owning it for just under two years, it has since been replaced with a new computer and this one was recycled back to BestBuy. I bought it for my father, who used it daily, but it stayed at home, on his lap and he used it to store his pictures and watch YouTube. It did that just fine. The biggest issue is the build quality of this laptop. Within a few months of owning it, however, the hinges went bad. Whenever my dad would open the laptop, the hinges would strain, and eventually they completely separated from the body of the laptop, to the point where he couldn't open it anymore. This was repaired by Geek Squad under warranty, but within the next year, those replacement hinges started to do the same thing. It got to the point again where he had to handle the laptop really delicately, and reminder, it never left the house or moved from it's stationary location. I can't imagine how it would hold up to someone actually taking it on the go. Lucikly, he was gifted a new laptop from someone else, and we were able to get rid of this one. Sad that it only lasted two years, we'll stay away from Dell in the future.

Fast i5 and a smoking deal if you catch it on sale. The touch screen is very responsive and the hinges are strong. You don't get the screen wobble. The plastic is a little soft, at full price, but if you catch it on sale, it's 100% exceptible and a great home/ school/ work outfit.

This laptop works well, is pretty fast and light-weight. For moble use, work or school it gets the job done!

Nice responsive touch screen and the processor speed is good. I like the fact it has a sd reader for my camera card.

Bought this for home using but use it for everything now. Money well spent and I am very satisfied with the performance, speed and memory.
