    good producthad to get trend micro to help me get it protected bough this on line and picked up at store was disappointed that they didn't have one at the store best buy is not like it used to be as far the store gos it's diffaclut to get anybody to help you then they had to get the manager better off just have it delivered

    For the price it is an excellent computer. But it is lacking a few things that I didn’t think about (and apparently didn’t read about) such as facial recognition. And I don’t like how the keyboard is offset because of the number keypad which I did worry about when I ordered it. But all in all for the price it is great

    I purchased a different product 4 years ago after being on a Dell for 7+ years. I am back with Dell! It's like coming home. The setup was completely flawless and painless, and the new Dell interacts with my printer better than with my former product. No need to bad mouth what I had. Just glad to be 'home'!
