Very fast, good quality screen and well-built at an attractive price. Only critique is that black keys on the black keyboard make them difficult to see, especially, in low light.

My husband needed a new laptop of general purposes like e-mail, web searches, document management, etc. This laptop fit his needs and was very affordable.

I bought it for minor email checks and internet searches which is fine not the fastest but works okay UNTIL i opened it one day on my desk and the frame of the screen stuck to the key board area and ripped the frame of screen almost off. Never left desk not outside etc

I disliked the operating software, Windows 11 S Mode. The operating software was very cumbersome and not user friendly. I liked the features and feel of the computer keyboard and screen. But, the software issue was a deal breaker. Laptop was returned. Also, purchased the Microsoft 365 Personal (Office Suite), not a big fan of this program either. It is not user friendly. Unfortunately, I can't return this purchase.

So far, so good. Black Friday deal was just too good to pass up. Great "budget" build with specs that went above what I thought I'd get for just a shade over $300.

Was not aware that this laptop came in S mode meaning you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store & use Edge as the browser. I would not have bought it if I had known that.
