From the moment I entered the store late Friday afternoon until my former Lenovo info was transferred to our new Intel by Dell, I was totally pleased. I liked the personal attention by your greeter who helped me carry two computers to the Geek squad until I picked them up when completed I had careful attention. I was also advised to consider up grading from the Lenovo to the Intel for less than $50.00. I'm happy I did. We're very pleased with our purchase.

We purchase this model (and similar ones) for our restaurant operations reporting. The restaurant is a tough environment and we don’t like to risk expensive laptops where they are often spilled on, dropped, broken or stolen. I took away a star because it does feel a little flimsy but the core i5 is plenty for our basic needs. We’ve installed these models in over 100 installs for years and rarely have a problem. For the price, it’s a really great value, especially with the touch screen.

Nice budget laptop but definitely not worth it at full price. Was able to get mine for about $350 as an open box and that's about as much as I'd pay. Has an okay 16gb ram but very little storage. Plan on using it indoors exclusively because the display is very dim, not to mention the colors are not very vibrant. However, if you can get on a good sale, it is a decent budget laptop.
