The hinges are breaking off just a few months into use. I'm having to send it in for repair.

Took a bit to set up had to fight a bit to turn off Microsoft secured mode to be able to change and update apps. Seems pretty easy to navigate after getting all the side steps done. But useful and functional for what we need.

I really love my new laptop. Very easy and intuitive design. Is working exactly as I would expect from a Dell product. The only glitch I have encountered is a screen of news stories and click bait that intrudes on whatever I am doing randomly and repeatedly.

The staff is always available to clarify what you are looking for vs what youbshould get. They are honest,.polite and vwry straight forward.

I love the computer but the assistance and help from the geek squad really made my experience awesome I was so worried I was going to mess it up but after the staff helped me set everything up I was ready to go and felt confident in my purchase

I brought this laptop January 2024 I am needing a new laptop January 2025 due to the hinges breaking. I only used the laptop for school. I never travelled with the laptop and the hinges broke within one year

Good product. Works as it should because it's new. This is the second Dell laptop I've owned. I'm a little worried that parts won't be available for it when I know I'll need them, forcing me to buy yet another one.

This laptop is a life saver it's not like my home computer this can go anywhere I go, really convenient.

Great laptop for a person just starting with this type technology. Very easy to set things up: registering with Microsoft and Dell and loading Microsoft Office. The person using it will be starting community college in January.

Great laptop for what I need. Not very sturdy but good for school. Very affordable too

Overall, the computer is a great. Has all the features I was expecting. I forgot to check for one important feature, a backlit keypad. It's hard to imagine why the make any laptops without this important feature.

I’ve owned Dell computers before and am never disappointed. The full keyboard makes it easy to enter numbers and is comfortable to use. I like the screen and am happy with the colors and resolution. Good purchase.

Still learning. Some differences from my old lap top. Have not figured out how the key board lights up. Do not like that it is dark all the time. Overall, I give my new "toy" five stars"
