Overall, I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and powerful device.

So far, so good. I've only had a few weeks and I haven't used it that much, but it is a solid machine. I'm not sure what its longevity is like, though.

So far so good. I'm a few weeks in and no problems. Only wish the pad light in the dark. Makes it hard to use with little to no lightening but overall, I'm satisfied.

The laptop is very good for the price. The sales person was very helpful. He help me pick the one that would suits my needs.

Was not aware that this laptop came in S mode meaning you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store & use Edge as the browser. I would not have bought it if I had known that.

Nice to have a new laptop that does not take 5 hours to do the monthly update. Would have liked a little more written or online info on use . The old ones need more help setting up.

I don't know if it's the laptop or my wifi, but sometimes it gets a little spotty. Other than that, works great and does everything I need it to do!
