    So far so good. I'm a few weeks in and no problems. Only wish the pad light in the dark. Makes it hard to use with little to no lightening but overall, I'm satisfied.

    Nice to have a new laptop that does not take 5 hours to do the monthly update. Would have liked a little more written or online info on use . The old ones need more help setting up.

    The laptop is good. The only thing I wanted and did not get was the fingerprint/face ID. I have it work and I love it. Otherwise it's ok

    Replacing another brand, same speed and memory. Hopefully it lasts longer than 3 years, time will tell. The Dell is a little slow on start up.
