We purchased it so my wife and I don't have to fight over the use of our home computer. It will also be handy for travel. The battery seems to run down faster than I expected but it is easy to plug in and not a problem.

Never left desk not outside etc

I was worried because someone said it was all plastic. It is a nice laptop and will be perfect for college. He was also able to play a game on it and he said the graphics were great!

I tried to install Webroot for her on my own but wasn't able to do so. Tried remote Geek Squad . They couldn't either. In-store Geek Squad did it in less than 15 mins. The problem was Windows S doesn't allow non-Microsoft apps. Otherwise no problems. Picture is great.

I would have definitely went with a little more expensive one . The quality feels cheap

Nevertheless, I need more time to get used with the advanced technology installed in this device and I think I will contact your IT help desk for assistance Briefly I am satisfied with this device

Seems pretty easy to navigate after getting all the side steps done. But useful and functional for what we need.

Have not figured out how the key board lights up. Do not like that it is dark all the time. Overall, I give my new "toy" five stars"

I only used the laptop for school. I never travelled with the laptop and the hinges broke within one year
