I have this laptop over for a year and it's a good laptop for your first laptop it's not that powerful to handle loads and loads of tasks but doing basic things such as emails and browsing its good I tried davinci resolve on it and it had issues it can run the program not at the best and if your looking for a programming laptop or coding this is a great choice

Got it for my 8 year old. He uses it for homework and minimal gaming ( I’m not a fan of online play) but great, slim, fast. Overall a great buy for basic use.

I purchased this laptop for my wife to use for work applications, casual web browsing, Microsoft Office, and photo storage. The I5 processor works great and has enough memory and storage. Have just started to use laptop. Seems to be fast processor, Perfect size of memory for my needs. Screen resolution, size is what I was looking for. Battery life is sufficient.

Processer is fast with great audio and video card. Great signal strength when it is Bluetooth to other devices. Slick style and well made design.

I love how easy it is to use, especially for someone that is not that tech savvy. I also love the touch screen and how large the screen is. Great laptop!!

I'm a computer tech and one of the key factors I use when purchasing a computer is repairability. The ability to find parts when repairing is very important. The nice thing about Dell computers is that it is very easy to find spare parts. They're also just better built. I use to recommend HP and Dell but with HP having issues with hinges coming loose from the case Dell is my go to machine. This particular model is a good one. The newer gen i5 processors are quite good. Just add 8GB more RAM and this is a good business machine.

Dell laptop has been easy to use, good battery life, easy to travel with, and good for a 1st laptop for college student.

I don't know if it's the laptop or my wifi, but sometimes it gets a little spotty. Other than that, works great and does everything I need it to do!
