Poor delivery

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor delivery, the pc was thrown by the delivery person on my porch, and the fact that a kpop lighstick had more bubble wrap in a small box, than a computer that is more delicate, the computer was place in a bigger box with nothing to protect it from swimming inside the box.

I'm using it in Canada and so when I went to the Best Buy here they said they weren't the same as the US and nothing could be done.

So it makes no sense that bestbuy would lead u on by giving a month of free game pass with the purchase of this computer. I had it less than 2 weeks and got rid of it.

Affordable Mid-Tier laptop

I wish the laptop had a usbc charger but the supplied charger is OK enough. The battery life is way better than I expected.

I am a gamer, and i play a lot games like Fortnite, Roblox, and others, and i was expecting it to get like 20 fps, but it actually got up to 120 fps. I would definitely recommend this computer to a family member or friend. (Also btw if you were wondering, it does have a touchscreen)
