    This is a great laptop computer, especially for the price. Good amount of RAM, storage, speed. The keyboard is dark; I'm wondering if I should have splurged for a laptop with a lighted keyboard. I bought a usb led light to use that provides light to the keyboard.

    Very happy so far. The Dell optimizer software said I had a hardware problem and told me to call Dell. When I did, they had me update the optimizer and it said my hardware was OK. I purchased the exernal DVD player and was worried how well it would work. The answer is the movies play better than my old Dell laptop with a built in DVD.

    I love this laptop! The only issue I had was connecting the laptop to my new HP printer. After working with the geek squad remotely… I finally had to have a geek squad agent come back to the house to fix the issue. At this point, it appears to be resolved.
