I asked the salesman for the same type of Inspiron laptop just a newer or updated version. He did show m one. There was only one thing he left out and I didn't think about it until I opened the box, it had no dvd, cd player. I was not happy.

Super fast and a clear bright screen. Quick set up

Overall very happy with the purchase. It fits my needs well and has easily met the expectations I had for it. My only complaint had been difficulty setting up my email but not the fault of the lap top, more of my technological ignorance.

Great laptop in more ways than one. Good hd screen, fast graphics, long lasting battery, great connectivity, overall 10/10 in every category.

For the price of this laptop, it’s decent. However the material is extremely low quality and the laptop is “flexible”. I was holding in my hand and I can see from its own light weight it curved slightly. I returned it within 24 hours

Good points: screen size big enough to be useful for working with documents, at a good price. Easy initial setup. Modern processor, good amount of memory, and decent amount of SSD for the price. Not too much junk software pre-installed. Weak point: Screen resolution not as good as most modern laptops.

Love my laptop. The speed isn't the best, but that is b/c of my internet. Only complaint, after 9 mos the battery wasn't charging anymore. Dell was super supportive in trying to figure out the problem. Sent it in and quick turnaround to get it back.

I'm still becoming acquainted with this computer -- moving from Vista to Windows 10. It hasn't been easy to get help from the Geek Squad as they're overwhelmed. I'm happy with what I've been able to do by "playing around."

It’s nice but somehow I didn’t like the the display and agreed it’s good for HD quality but I’m more focusing on FHD. It’s worth for this price

I love the differences in an SSD drive and a HDD. My new laptop is much faster and is perfect for Video for my TeleHealth business! I would recommend this laptop without hesitation! In the future I would not buy anything but a laptop with an SSD drive and at least 12 gig of Ram!

Setting up the laptop was very easy and quick. The graphics are amazing. My 7 year old toshiba maxed out at 30mbps and 90mbps connected. This maxes out at 200mbps wifi. We had to get out of windows S mode, as S mode won't load any non micrsoft apps or programs, that was a breeze.

All was good, salesman was knowledgeable ad helpful. The only glitch was I was under the impression that by getting and using B B credit card, I would be getting a 10% savings on my laptop, not a store credit.

excellent laptop, touch screen works great. SSD is small chip, space for one more 2.5" HD. More than enough RAM and processing power. Only reason for taking off a star is that it is slightly overpriced.

Reliable and responsive. Battery life is good. I use my laptop all day. Because of One Drive, I already had access to all my pictures and documents once signed in. Would definitely purchase again.

I absolutely love this laptop! It was a great purchase on Black Friday sale and worth every cent. Very quick, great processor and no issues at all! If you are not a fan of touch screen that’s fine, I’m not either but if you don’t like it it’s easy to just ignore it!

Only have used new laptop for a few weeks and so far I enjoy and like performance very well. Very responsive and easy to use. The SSD drive is quick and fast response. easy to set up however still don't care for windows 10!!! Take me back to good old windows 7.

Good laptop and features for the price. The laptop is not as sturdy as my old Dell .. the lid actually feels more plastic and is very light. I do like the screen size and the color is really bright.
